Collecting first names within your campaigns is a great way to keep track of your contacts and add a touch of personalization to your future text messages.
To capture your audience members' first name:
1. When creating your campaign, click Add Data Capture Message. 
2. Select the First Name message type
3. Customize your message.
4. Select when to send the follow-up message and customize your follow-up message.
5. Click Update & Save.
