A compliance message is a mandatory message that is required to be sent out and includes the necessary disclosures required by law. It gives the recipient the option to opt-out of future campaigns along with some information such as who is sending the message and a link to the terms for the specific texting program.
The compliance message is only sent the first time a new subscriber receives a message from you. If an individual has already received a compliance message, Textiful will not add it to future messages.
You can customize the compliance message for each text list by editing the compliance message.
